1. The toner cartridges are kept in the machine room on the top shelf. The cartridges for the 4si are in the bigger box and are labeled 4si. The cartridges for the 4M+ are in the small box and are labeled 4M+.
2. To change the printer toner you need to pull out a black tab in the bottom right corner. This tab is attached to a clear tape that will pull out also.
3. Do not throw away the toner cartridge because we recycle them. Keep the old cartridge in the box that the new toner cartridge was taken out of.
4. Call Tecknolaser (1-800-361-1539) and tell them that you want a recycled toner cartridge for the appropriate printer. The REKLAB/Rob account name is McGill.309. When the delivery person comes s/he will pick up the old cartridges and drop off the new ones. The company will ask for a P-card number to charge the toner to, ask Rob for the account number.
5. If the paper supply is low please inform Pina so she can order more.
6. Both the 4si and 4M+ are under a servicing contract with DCI Service. Contact Ross Wagner for the current servicing number.
